High School Experience
My experience was fantastic, I made amazing friends and I had access to the most AP classes. One thing I didn’t really like however, was the intense social cliques.
I loved the sciences, specifically biology and chemistry which is what lead me to food science.
I took many APsL World history, Spanish language, biology, U.S history, English language, English literature, psychology and statistics. Mostly 4s and a few 5s.
I was a cheerleader all 4 years as a captain for junior and senior year, and I participated in debate club for 4 years, until becoming president. I am founder and president if baking club, for the last 4 years.
My teacher relationships were fantastic, it was my AP language and AP Bio teachers who wrote my letters of recommendation.
My GPA is incredibly high, I have a very long list of extracurriculars and community service, but I’m also a very optimistic person which shines in my writing.
I would say to just work hard to achieve good grades and to take part in a few extracurriculars.
It’s the school in a city that I love with so many opportunities in research and interning, as well as being the best public university in the US.
